Last week I have updated my Articulate Stoyline and after this I wanted to import a translation from a WORD file. When imported this file i received the message that this file is imported correctly but th etext does not change....What I am doing wrong? Can one of you help me?
Hi Lauren, Thanks for your response. First I made a translation export to WORD and this file we made the translations. After this I wanted to import the transltion back into the module. I can remember that in tha past I did the same thing and it worked.
I have a couple of questions for you to better pinpoint what the issue might be:
What language are you translating the course to?
Could I have you double-check the word document? Does the Translate this column on the word document all look in order?
If you need our help to take a look at your file, we're always more than happy to help! You can share files in this thread here, or you’re always welcome to share them privately here. We'll let you know our findings and will delete it after having a closer look!

Hi Astrid!
Can you walk us through how you are importing the Word document? There are different ways we use Word documents in Storyline. For example, importing quiz questions, adding closed captioning, and even publishing to Word.

Thanks a lot for your reply.
- I want to translate te course to Dutch.
- I think that the tanslation column is in order.
I will try to share the document private environment so that you can check the document.
Thanks, Astrid.
It looks like Eric is already taking a look and you should be hearing from someone soon.
