Not sure what can be done ... I began a template using Articulate in PowerPoint. I decide that Storyline would be a more useful tool for the project so imported the template.
I had created quizzes using Quizmaker and imported them - they all came over just fine during the import process.
Upon viewing a published version, a colleague noticed that the answers weren't aligning. Upon my review, given this feedback, the answers that are misaligned are the correct answers! Way to throw quiz scores ;)
Just to confirm, please make sure you are working locally as described here, and you may want to try importing the file into a new file. If you are still having issues, you might want to try to repair Storyline.
I did a quick true/false question in Quizmaker and imported it to SL2, and was not able to replicate the issue that you are experiencing after it was published, so If privacy is not an issue, would you be able to share your .story file here so we can take a look?
