David, in your tutorial on "Importing Questions into Storyline 2," you have a link for a workbook template. This link doesn't download a spreadsheet template, it opens an indecipherable .htm page. Do you have a better link with access to the spreadsheet file?

Yes, I wasn’t able to download it with Internet Explorer, but was successful with a different browser (Safari). Problem solved. Thank-you.
