Importing sets of questions banks

We had a quiz in Adobe Captivate that drew from 16 different question pools. There's a total of 229 questions across those 16 pools. I have copied them into an Excel file and am looking for a way to import that file so that I end up with 16 questions banks in Storyline. I can't seem to find any documentation on whether this is possible, because any import templates I see from Articulate do not have a column for the name of the question bank.
I've attached a sample file to show how the questions are currently laid out with the first column showing a "code" for the question bank.
Any help is greatly appreciated!

When you import the questions from an Excel spreadsheet, you import them to the project, not to the question bank. You can then move the questions into the separate question banks you create from within Storyline.
Once you remove the first column from the spreadsheet, you should be able to import the questions into Storyline.
