Hi there, please help. Why are my images not available in my media library? I have even tried to "replace" the images with my original file, yet they still aren't appearing correctly, either on the slide or the media library. The thumbnail shows a big red cross?
Based on the thumbnails of the images, and the fact that the image files are being detected as having 0x0 dimensions, it would appear that the images themselves may be corrupted. You'll want to make sure that you are working locally when making edits to your project file to avoid the risk of running into data corruption.
If the issue is only happening when the images are imported into your Storyline 360 project, would you be willing to share a copy of your project and image files here or in private by opening a support case so we can take a closer look at what's happening? We'll delete the files when we're done testing!
