I did the first ad and drop, the multiple choice with bubble, are
complicated.
I tried to create lots of layers with Pick many options. If there is any
other way I would love to know. thank you
Hopefully someone in the community will be able to pop in and assist you with this design request. I do know that users utilize a pick one to simulate other question types and you can check out this explanation here.
Leslie, Thanks you. I figured it out. I thought I have to add some variable to it. But I had to create 12 layers for each number. The designer might used another easy method. But this one works for me too.

Hi Ayu! Do you know where you saw this quiz? Being able to see the .story file would be the key to starting to understand how it was built.
