seems like our Storyline 2 has only 1 Photographic character. I click on Get More Characters but the website wheel just spins. Anyone have any idea how to get more characters?
We no longer sell the individual photographic characters for Storyline 2 (or Studio '13). Atsumi comes automatically with Storyline in addition to the illustrated characters.
If access to an expanding set of characters if a feature that you need, I'd suggest taking a tour of Articulate 360 - the Content Library has 2+ million stock images, icons, pictures and characters. We're adding to that library all the time - and the characters offer plenty more options! Take a look at the trial of Articulate 360 here you'll be able to search through all the characters (and use a limited set of 6 during the trial).

If you purchased character packs or bundles in the past, those characters will also work with Storyline 3.
