Sorry, I'm not Jeanette, hope that's okay. Yes, you can create multiple questions on one slide. One option is to use a multiple response question type and make it look like multiple T/F questions. See some info here.
Another option would be to arrange radio buttons in a button sets and use variables and triggersto create a completely custom question slide, as in this example.
