I have built a project for my personal portfolio revolving around the "Quantum" template, but I have ran across this issue in every project I have started that uses a premade template. When I try to insert a graded or freeform question slide, it only gives me the choices that currently exist in that template. For example, when I select free form on a new, blank slide, it only gives me two different visuals of the drag-and-drop interaction. I know there are a lot more interactions in Storyline 360, but how do I get access to them when I have a project that is structured around a template? Thanks for all the help!
Great question! The templates in the Content Library include pre-built question slides.
If you'd like to create a different question type with that template, I'd recommend using the Question Layout from the Slide Master. Depending on what you have in mind, you might need to format it to look similar to the other layouts in the template.
