Inserting variables into text entry

Hey! I wondered if anyone might be able to help me.

I have attached a storyline file to this message.

Essentially I am trying to do the following:

Enter a name on screen 1
Show this name on screen 2
Also write the name into a text input box so the user can change their name. This I cannot do currently.

Any help is greatly appreciated. Hopefully my example is quite clear

PS: if there is a way to do this with JavaScript, if storyline doesn't support this functionality. I am comfortable programming in JavaScript so if there is a solution for this any advice here is greatly appreciated.
