Inserting Video Storyline 360 is changing source and crop size

Jul 30, 2021

We create our videos at size at large size: 1084x720 and set to open in a separate window. This was possible about 2 yrs ago (see image size we want to be) and now when import a video that has the dimensions of 1584x884 when I go to edit it shows up as 734X358 both source and crop dimensions in storyline (small size).

Which results in a low resolution videos that are useless to the students as the videos are blurry do to this compression.

All I can figure that there is setting or a change that has happened between the version that was used a couple of yrs ago and now.

I try to change the compression but it is greyed out for both the newer and older video.  It seems that upon insert the video is being compressed, how do I undo this?

The videos are created using Camtasia and exported: MP4 which hasn't been an issue in the past.
