Installed fonts cause master slide to crash Oct 03, 2019 By Bailey Kirbach I'm trying to change the fonts on a master slide to a font that was installed on my computer. The fonts are showing in the list, but when I select any of them the screen turns white with a big red X through it. Any ideas? Helvetica_Font_Issue.png

I would first make sure the course is saved to your local C: drive, and then import the slides into a new Storyline project. If that doesn't help, follow these steps for a simple repair.
