Internet Exlorer "Cookies are Required" Message

Can anyone tell me how I can avoid this issue, my clients are so frustrated and they want this to not come up. My articulate Storyline presentation is posted as an iframe on my clients website. I attached an image below.

Have you tried viewing this in other browsers like Firefox or Chrome? Do you get the sames issues then?
