When my contractor sent me his .story files so that I could make some final adjustments, I found that the text was formatted differently: typeface sizes were larger, and some text boxes had changed to accommodate this. We are both on the same version of ASL (update 5, 1401.2415). I don't want to have to repair the reformatting before making my changes. What am I doing wrong?

Hi Ken,
I had a similar issue once but this was because of a different DPI settings on the Windows operating system,.
Can you make sure that you and the contractor are using the same? He may be using 100% and you are using 125% (or vice versa)
Hope this helps

Thank you, Mohd. That was it exactly!

Hi Ken and welcome to Heroes!
I'm glad that Mohd was able to assist you here. We also recommend always working with 96 DPI as otherwise Storyline may behave oddly.
