Invalid or Corrupt Storyline 360 Project

I have an issue where my Storyline 360 files receive an "Invalid or Corrupt" error upon opening. I have followed all of the tips to locate temp versions (there are none for some reason.) Tried to import the the slides into a new project, made copies with different names, reinstalled storyline 360, and tried to open backed up copies from an external server, and they all remain corrupted or invalid.

I logged a ticket with the support team, but has anyone experienced this random corruption? All new files created since yesterday are corrupted or invalid after saving, closing, and reopening. I cannot begin to recreate these files if all my files are to be corrupted.
