I've created a course where a user must select an image thats running on a motion path. It won't seem to work correctly on iPad, and you're not able to click the image at all when it's moving. It works fine on desktop.
Sorry to hear you are having iPad issues with your course.
My first question is if you are viewing your published course in the Mobile Player or the iPad Safari browser?
That said, to help expedite a resolution for you on this, it would be helpful if you were able to attach your .story project file or a sample project that includes your reported issue to this thread. You can use the "Add Attachment" button below the reply text box if you're able to share the file.
I'm using the safari browser to test the issue, not the mobile player. I can't attach the file, however, if you let me know what more info you may need I can try and provide some more.
Sounds like we'll need to dig further into this for you. Without the the project and associated png, I cannot determine the root cause here.
I'm going to suggest you submit a support case on this issue to the support team. That way you can privately send your .story project or sample project including the motion path in question.
It's not the particular image thats the problem. It's all images on iPad. As for any triggers etc, its simply a trigger saying if the image is clicked show another layer. Nothing complicated at all.
FOUND A FIX: You can't insert and image on top of a secondary state or it doesn't work on iPad. You must first create the full image for the secondary state in photoshop etc and then use the 'change image' function after copying the original state.

I've also just tried it with a normal shape made within Storyline and it works fine on the iPad. Not sure why images are any different to be honest.
Hi Fin! If you are not able to share the file in the public forums, perhaps you would be able to share privately here so that we could take a look.

That's great to hear, Fin.
