When you publish your course - how are you publishing? For web, LMS, etc? You'll want to ensure you zip the entire contents of the published output folder and I would use the zip button that appears on the publish successful window:
Thank you for your prompt reply. You see, I've tried it all, LMS and Web. The output folder seems to be OK although when I zip something happens to the Flash file. Look:
Please help! I am three days behind with my deadline...

Do you mean that the icon changes? Does the course not play after publishing and loading to a web server?
Agree with Ashley there is nothing wrong with that zip file
