I suppose you could use a separate application to do a video-based screen capture of it and use the resultant MP4 file in your Storyline project. Software like Camtasia and SnagIt are likely apps to use. In my case, I'm running Storyline on a Mac* so I use the free, built-in QuickTime Player that comes with MacOS. I launch it, set the recording area, and capture the screen action. Then I use QuickTime's Trim feature to trim the beginning and end points.

You could utilize Replay perhaps or you could even open a 2nd instance of Storyline.
