Is there a way to change the title of Notes?

I have to change the heading Notes in English in the Notes section to Remarques because we are translating two courses into French.

Is it possible to even do this?  Thus far I have been using Arial Unicode without a problem for most of the text, so thank you to those who suggested it in response to questions by others.
