I need to share my Storyline content with others. I am aware of Articulate Review. However, some of my colleagues are looking to obtain the content in a printable format. Short of doing screen shots, is there a way to export Storyline content into a .PDF or any other options? Thanks in advance for any information you can provide.
Storyline has the option to publish to Microsoft Word - it can include all your content, plus layers and even notes. From there, you can export or print to a PDF.
If you go to 'Publish' from the home tab (far right on the ribbon), there is an option to obtain a version of your storyline in Word format (last tab on the left in the Publish window). You can choose the Word file to include layers and or slide notes, if you have made use of these. Also there are options to change the screenshot size 'medium', 'large'. I've not tried publishing to Word from Storyline recently, so can't say how it looks.
