I have published more than 20 separate sessions with menu and resources open in the player setting by mistake so am asking if there is any way to change that by editing on some files to change player settings by html instead of publishing all the modules once again?

you can go to story_content/frame.xml and update the changes.

The solution we figured out is to edit on frame.js file
located in html5/data/js/frame.js in the published folder
