Hello Mayank,

Sorry to hear that you ran into this issue.

Can I ask if you've already tested the behavior using other available fonts to see if it is font specific? We recommend testing using a standard font like Arial for testing purposes. If the text in your course displays correctly after switching the font to Arial, try installing another version of your font downloaded from a different source to see if this helps.

You can use Storyline 360's Font Replace feature to quickly switch your project to Arial. Here's how:

this is not a good idea in  storyline

  • using Arial font as embeded font is not free
  • you have to pay ~ $1000 for the legal version per website
  • using Arial on the web is only free as not embed font - this is not possible in storyline
  • better use OpenSans - this is free
  • or use a special free font (optimized for hindi) like Poppins
  • you can find here some usable fonts for free

if this does't help open a support case
