I have been working on content for my organization, wherein I have created the content in storyline 360(windows laptop). One of my slides has 10 layers to it with appropriate triggers. When I preview the file, it is working fine.
But when I try to publish the content into video, only the base layer and 1st layer are working, but no other layers seem to be getting published.
and when I preview the file between few layers, I can see a white screen that appears before jumping on to the next layer.
If you can share your file here, I'd be happy to take a look! Or, if you prefer to keep it private, connect with one of our support engineers here, and someone will reach out soon!
Arun - If you're publishing out to video, the content is no longer interactive.... has to be published to web, LMS or other format where the learner can interact with the content to leverage those triggers.
