We are finding that a course we publish to web is having trouble when the learner tries to input text in the text input field. They keyboard pops up and they can't see the field/s any more, or the size goes wonky. Anyone experienced this or found a resolution to it?
Thanks for reaching out and letting us know that you're running into an issue with your text entry fields. I'm not sure that I've seen a similar issue.
What version of Storyline are you using?
Would you be able to share your .story file and point us to the problematic slide so that we can take a look?
Hello, I have a text field and on Android, the virtual keyboard takes all the space and it becomes impossible to see what we write. In addition, seekbar appears over the page.
Thanks for reaching out and sharing what you are running into as well, Mathieu.
What device and Android version are you currently using?
With your permission, I'd like you to share your project file with our support engineers to investigate what's happening. You can share it privately by uploading it here. It will be deleted when troubleshooting is complete.
Thanks for the update, Mathieu. We'll have a look at this behavior when a course is hosted in Review 360 and document any issues we find! If your learners are impacted, we're happy to help you one-on-one here, too.
I have this issue, too. In Try It mode on an iPhone, when I try to input text the iPhone zooms in so you can see the text better. After entering the text, however, the content won't return back to normal size, and you can't pinch the screen to make the content fit again.
Is there a fix for this, or advice? I have a simulation project and the learner must use their iPhone, but this issue is making the project impossible to complete.
Update: the issue does not happen when the player is set to launch module in a new window. The issue might be with the LMS, not Storyline. I'll probably never know for sure, but it seems to fix the issue.

The problem only occurs when the module is viewed in Articulate Review. I tried on a web page and it's a little better

Hope this helps anyone else out there.
Text input box size is definitely unreliable in Review 360
