Issues with Images Quality and Letter spaces between the words

Hello,

We are facing images quality issues on Articulate story line - Version 3 scorm outcome (Scorm 1.2). When I run the LMS Scorm files in my browser all the images looking very much blurred and the content inside images not at all readable.

We were Importing PPT files into “Articulate storyline” and creating all the triggers and slide sequences for E-learning Module development. we have set “16:9” as a default width and height as per the PPT size in articulating storyline. Everything looks fine in PPT only in the Scorm output files having this image blur issues.

we are also facing one more issue is spacing between letter in the words are more. we are using “Arial font” and the size of font is 10 PX, but I can see space between each text is differing word to words. But it looks fine in our source PPT, here also the issues with the scorm output files. Please find the attached screen shots for your references.

Can anyone give me a solution for these issues?

Hi Thanga,

Were you viewing your courses in Chrome when you saw the blurriness? I know our team is looking into a similar issue with how Chrome is displaying text and images, so I will keep you posted on that here.

For the spacing issue, I'd start by checking how things look while using Modern text.

Let me know if that helps or if you saw blurriness in another browser.

Yes. We were using Google chrome & Internet Explorer 11 for testing the storyline output. And i am getting image blur issues with both browsers.

Hi Thanga,

If you're also seeing the blurriness in Internet Explorer 11, it is likely a different issue than the one I mentioned. To confirm, I'd like your permission, to take a look at your project file to investigate what's happening. You can share it publicly here, or send it to me privately by uploading it here.

I’ll delete it when I’m done troubleshooting.

Can you also check what update of Storyline 3 you're using? You can check by going to the "Help" Tab -> "About Articulate Storyline".
