I'm looking at text-entry type graded question, where the use of formatting is important - certain words need to be italicized to be deemed correct. I have been trying in the 'acceptable answers' to italicize the correct words, but it doesn't hold the formatting after I click out of the option.
When Storyline grades a text-entry question, it checks the answer based on the characters entered. It doesn't have a way to check formatting. It doesn't even have a way for the user to change the formatting of the text.
If you need the user to pick out certain words, that could be a separate question. For example, create a Freeform Pick Many question, with transparent shapes over words.
