I made a button in photoshop, brought it into Articulate storyline,i made a trigger for it to' jump to URL' when clicked. I uploaded it to our Moodle elearning site.works fine but the user cant scroll the site, they can resize window and click on links though. I made sure and enabled the browser options within articulate so I cant figure out the problem.
Perhaps it is moodles fault as it states that some browsers dont support scrolling and resizing.

I'm not sure what you mean but you have a custom theme on that site that has a fixed width - have you tried using other standard core themes to see if it works the way you want it to?

I tried it in firefox and IE and you cant scroll but in chrome you can scroll.
