When I am trying to create a simulation on MS Excel application where the user has to press the short cut key using Ctrl and Shift key combination.. the simulator does not recognize these keyboard inputs and moving forward.. please help me..
In Storyline 3 and Storyline 360, you can use the control key and the shift key in combination with another key (i.e. Ctrl + Shift + A).
Can you tell me a bit more about why Ctrl + Shift would be helpful for you? Are you using it to navigate to another cell in Excel without using the mouse?
With a bit more information, I'd be happy to let my team know your feedback on why we should add Ctrl + Shift as a key combination. Thanks!
