keyboard not appearing on mobile devices

Good Day Heroes,

I need help... I am developing a course and when testing using a laptop and desktop it works fine. But when I try mobile devices, the keyboard does not come up when the user clicks on a text entry field. This also happens when I preview using mobile devices, the keyboard does not appear. Please assist, as I am now falling behind with the project.

I do have the latest version and all updates for articulate 360.

My Findings:

First, I created a test slide in Storyline 360 Update 39 and then published it to Review 360. Here is the published output.

Then, I viewed the slide on the devices below.

  • Google Pixel 3 Android 10, Chrome ✅
  • iPhone Xr OS 13.3.1, Safari ✅
  • iPhone 11 Pro OS 13.3.1, Safari and Chrome ✅
  • iPhone 6s OS 13.3.1, Safari ✅

The keyboard appears when tapping into the text-entry on each mobile device.
