Launch Atriculate content from outside VLE but still track activit

Hi Guys

Can anyone tell me if there is a way to store and launch Storyline output from outside Moodle, but still log learning records in Moodle?

I want to create a more appealing and useful repository and delivery site, but still manage learner records.
