Thanks for the response I tested the file offline story and it works, at the
third attempt the button disappears try again. Now I'm trying to publish it,
but I have problems, you create the output folder but not the SCORM format *
.zip, enclose the story you can help me, I hope does not depend on the
settings changed, I tried to publish SCORM and other non-response problems.

Thanks again another question, how can I disable the option in moodle
"resume where you left off", as answering "no", the student will begin again
thwarting the constraint of the three attempts.

Hello Enrico,

You can remove the resume option from the Player itself. Under Player/Other, you can set the Resume to "always resume." As far as your other question above, are you publishing this to LMS before zipping the file to be loaded in Moodle?

and after three attempts to 'plus the chance to repeat it unfortunately
remains a problem, when I return to the module restarts by default slide
quiz 1:33 and did not result from the slide as it should. I can not
understand why.

Hello Enrico,

Thanks for sharing the file. Since you are using SCORM 1.2, it is possible that you are exceeding the resume data limits when you hit slide 33. You can see more information here.
