linking multiple projects to a master question bank and/or project

Good day all

I am an electronics instructor and I have numerous "projects" all interrelated.   I would like to be able to pull test questions from a master question bank, "project" instead of creating a question bank within each project.  Also, is it possible to link projects together under a "master" project?  I want to create a menu that opens different projects, instead of assigning triggers to menu buttons, assign projects to the buttons.
