I test SL on 4 different LMS systems and have found it works in SCORM1.2 and SCORM2004 (all versions) on all of them.
AICC also works, providing your LMS supports it.
TinCan is special. SL only supports version 0.90 where that latest greatest TinCan LRS is at 1.01. As well, SL has some custom TinCan functions that you would need to "tweek on a version 0.90 LRS".
