I developed the an elearning course, and it's running fine on all the browsers and updating the proper values on LMS except the IE7 browser.
While I am launching the course in IE7 then one error comes as: "Object doesn't support property or method" Due to this problem, database is not updating on LMS server. Could you please help to solve this issue?
Unfortunately we are unable to support javascript.
We recently had a similar post with this same error. I realize you are using an older version of IE than in this thread, but it may offer some information.
Also, there may be another member who can chime in with a different solution.
