It could be a problem with a .pdf file that you have linked into Stroyline. Is there a special character in the name of this PDF? Make a test with only Alphanumeric character (0-9 a-z).
I'd agree with Ludovic, it looks like the PDF file you have linked is causing the issue with your upload. Let us know if changing the name or removing the file resolves it - you'll need to do this in Storyline and republish for LMS.
