I cannot get my Storyline course to mark complete in my LMS. I've tried publishing in 1.2 and 2004 with varying completion status and so far nothing has worked.
I uploaded the course to scorm.com and it also will not complete my course.
My LMS provider thinks it may be a version issue as they have successfully hosted Storyline courses previously. We have determined that their version is different than mine.
I haven't heard of this issue with SCORM Cloud, so I'm not sure it's version-specific. In either case, can you let us know what version the LMS supports or has seen that works properly?
It might help to test this out on our end. Are you able to share the .story file here for the project? I'd be happy to take a look and see if I experience the same issue.
Also, if you're using a specific web browser, please let me know. If you've tested in multiple browsers and see the same issue, please let me know which browsers you've tried.
Thanks for the quick reply. I've been playing around with the course some more and I agree it seems unlikely that the issue was with the version. I'm not sure what I did but everything thing is working now. Our LMS is tracking completions properly.
