LMS publishing module

Bonjour,
J'aimerais avoir des précisions sur la publication de modules dans un LMS.
- Doit-on changer les codes existants par défaut dans le module
- dans le paramétrage du suivi, quel est le bon paramétrage dans rapport et suivi car :
je peux avoir des modules sans quiz ou avec un quiz final ou alors avec quelques questions à l'intérieur du module pour vérifier l'acquisition des connaissance et en fin de module un quiz final,

I would like to check some parameters for publishing modules in a LMS.
1) DO I have to change the code :
- on the LMS Course Information (Information sur le cours pour la plate-forme de formation)
- on LMS Lessons Scorm information (Information pour la plate-forme de formation en ligne) ?
2) DO I have to change the parameters for LMS Reporting ?
passed / Incomplete (réussi / incomplet)
The modules I have created could have
- no quiz or
- final quizzes or
- some knowledge questions during the module and a final quiz.

If you're using a learning management system (LMS) to deploy and track e-learning content, you'll want to use the LMS publishing option in Articulate Storyline. Here's how.
Are you having difficulty with tracking? You'll find some helpful LMS-troubleshooting tips here.
A great comparison tool that we recommend is SCORM Cloud. This allows us to pinpoint if an issue lies within the course or within the LMS. If you are having an issue and are able to replicate in SCORM Cloud, we would want to take a look at your .story file.

Thank you for your reply but I have already read the specific page and didn't find answer to my questions.
1) In the field Identifier in the reporting file, do I need to change the "automatic code":
- In LMS Course Information example: 5Yv7...
-in LMS Lessons Scorm example: sl2demo-b
If I can change, can I put the same code for both label ?
2) As for "report status to LMS as", do I need to change the parameter put by default ?

Hi Fabienne,
You'll want to leave the LMS course information identifier as that's automatically generated by Storyline and unique to each course and publish.The second one connected to the SCORM lesson information I have heard of folks changing, but there isn't a need to from Storyline's perspective as it's automatically generated and set to be different than the first one.
As for the reporting status you'll want to check with your LMS team if there is a specific one for you to use. They will report completion and success status as detailed here, but the differences between them has also more to do with different LMS languages and terms than anything else.
