So recently I have been facing an issue where I created assessments (standalone as well as embedded in a course). When these assessments are published to the LMS and then attempted using deep links, there are a number of issues that happen:
1. Query report captures only one response (which is for the question just behind the result slide).
2. Roster report does not display the score obtained. Instead it shows the required passing score.
Tried everything possible. Can someone please help resolve this issue?
We're happy to help! It sounds like in the LMS, there is an issue capturing responses and showing the learner's score in the report. As our first troubleshooting step, I'd recommend testing your course in another LMS environment like SCORM cloud. Secondly, have you tried publishing using a different SCORM version?
