I'm assuming you want the content to track in the LMS. If so, what standards does your LMS support--AICC, SCORM 1.2, SCORM 2004, or Tin Can (Experience)?
And, if more than one, do you know if one is preferred?
All the files that are included in the published output folder should be loaded to your LMS. You'll want to publish as described here. If your LMS requires that you identify the file that launches your course, point to index_lms.html for SCORM/AICC content or story.html for Tin Can API content.
Thanks for responding. Is it possible to change the format of the files? I think the LMS uses .isl, .islx and of course .swf How can I be sure all the files are in this format or can I change them to this extensions?

Probably not. The files that Storyline produces are in pretty standard web formats: HTML, SWF, XML, JS (Javascript), PNG, JPG, CSS, MP4, etc.
Just curious--what is your LMS?
Hi Cassandra,
We don't support modifying the published output - and there isn't a way to change the file formats for different LMSs.
