HAve you published it to Scorm and if it is an LMS does it support the version of Scorm you have published for. Sorry you are not giving much information to help solve this one.
The article here may help clear up common LMS issues. As that message means the content can't communicate with the LMS.
If you continue to see this error, would you mind testing your course in SCORM Cloud, an industry standard for SCORM content,If it appears in SCORM Cloud as well, we'd be happy to take a closer look at what might be going on. If you can't replicate the issue in SCORM Cloud, it's probably an issue that you'd want to take to your LMS team.
Hi Marta,
I'm not sure which LMS site you're referring to? Are you using Articulate Online, where there has been a reported issue of an outage. You can always monitor Articulate Online and all of our sites by visiting status.articulate.com. If not, you may want to check with your LMS team about the specifics of their site.
Follow these three steps , if you are facing an error on webpage showing "undefined" or "Lmsapi is undefined":-
1) Make ensure that java is installed on your computer it can be downloaded from site java.com
(if it is already installed on your computer you can find it in all program menu with the name configure Java click on the configure java and go to security tab> tick mark the first line " enable java in browser")
2) make ensure that Adobe flash player is installed on your computer.
3) go to control panel>system and security>windows firewall>on the left side of the window> click on the "Allow a program or feature through windows firewall"
make sure that configure Java is ticked marked on your computer, if it not on the list , click on the
change setting and add configure java in the list and tick mark it.
Then restart computer and this will resolve your problem.

Thanks Sugil for sharing those steps here. I'm sure they'll assist others who may find themselves on this thread.
Follow the steps which #sugil sunny has provided.
after that you have to make a little changes in internet explorer or other browsers.
in Internet Explorer
Go to settings.
Click on the Compatibility View settings.
Add the e-learning website whichever you are using.
Restart the browser.
Do the same thing in other browsers.
