I have a SL interaction loaded into D2L/Brightspace. It works fine except that the loading dots won't go away, even when it's clearly fully loaded. I am running the files from the course file manager, so they aren't streaming from anywhere. Thoughts?
There are many posts online about this same exact problem, but there are no solutions or follow-ups. Have you found any solutions on your end?
I don't believe it's an individual computer problem or browser problem but a problem with either the Articulate files or the D2L/Brightspace integration. We have tested and multiple users experience the same spinning wheel.

I'm curious if you are able to replicate the issue that the users are experiencing? Is there a common browser at play?
The best way to identify if the issue lies within the project or the LMS is to test in another environment, such as SCORM Cloud.

Could be a resource issue with you computer. Have you tried loading the site when nothing else is running?

We are having the same problem and the file has no issues when uploaded to the SCORM cloud.
