Locked Out of Storyline File

Storyline froze so I restarted my laptop. Now I am getting this error message. I've tried troubleshooting with not luck. Does anyone know why this is happening?

Another tip you can try is to copy the file, rename it, and place it in a different folder or your desktop, and try to re-open.
