I have a video that stops at certain cue points and show a layer. I have 5 cue points with 5 layers that show on each stop. I added a trigger to have the video play again when the video itself is done.
But when the video loops and starts again, the cue points and layers aren't reappearing.
Does anyone know how to fix this or if it's possible?
Angie, in essence you want the slide to completely reset after the video has completed?
Basically, even though you're restarting the media the slide itself is probably at the end of it's timeline, hence your cue points/triggers aren't working.
You might try this...
Set your slide properties for that slide to "Reset to initial state" when revisiting
Change your play again trigger to "jump to (current slide) when media completes"
