LRS Passed Statements

Hi all,

I have reached out to AS but they said that they didn't not know what the reason for the following problem could be...

I am using AS V2 and GrassBlade LRS. For some unknown reason, my results slides are sending two passed verbs to the LRS. The first passed verb sends the lesson percentage score and lesson points. The second passed verb sends only the percentage and the time spent.

Can anybody tell me if they can think of a reason why my results slides are doing this?

When you have thousands of users, duplicated data can cause problems, so we need to clean things up.

Any wisdom would be greatly welcomed!

Hi Aaron! Thanks for mentioning that you worked with support. I see your support case (00682758) and that you worked with Abel. Looks like our QA Team is looking into this a bit as well.

Thanks for the reply. I was hoping someone would know. The last QA investigation was 4 months ago; I've heard nothing... Any idea on the ETA?
