Make a hyperlink to a specific slide in a published course

Yes highlight the text on insert tab choose insert hyperlink, on the trigger wizard choose jump t slide

If you are referring to an external link jumping into the middle of the course, I'd be interested in hearing that answer.

There is no way to link into a course. Would be a nice feature

In Articulate '13, is it possible to put a hyperlink on a Quizmaker results slide that goes within the course? 

What I want to do is have the learner review the lesson content if they fail the quiz.

You are posting in the Storyline forum, but mention Quizmaker? 

In Storyline, you could certainly utilize a trigger and jump to any particular slide in your presentation.

If you're using Quizmaker, my assumption would be that you have a Quizmaker quiz within a Presenter project. In that case, I would advise utilizing the Quiz Properties from within Presenter as explained here.
