In Storyline, you could certainly utilize a trigger and jump to any particular slide in your presentation.
If you're using Quizmaker, my assumption would be that you have a Quizmaker quiz within a Presenter project. In that case, I would advise utilizing the Quiz Properties from within Presenter as explained here.

Yes highlight the text on insert tab choose insert hyperlink, on the trigger wizard choose jump t slide

There is no way to link into a course. Would be a nice feature

In Articulate '13, is it possible to put a hyperlink on a Quizmaker results slide that goes within the course?
What I want to do is have the learner review the lesson content if they fail the quiz.
