Make button to show Lightbox across all slides / recorded screen

I want to have a small button in bottom right and when a user clicks, it shows a lightbox with more clickable content inside. I want to do this for all slides and recorded screens. However, I am not sure how to do this. I have try the following:
A. Create master slide and added button / triggers / layers set in it. However, master slide is always at the "bottom" so each slide or recorded screen will cover my button or lightbox showing.
B. Create button and triggers / layers in one slide then manually copy EACH triggers / layers.. to new slide. This is hectic as it's a lot of work and when my setup is more complicated, I will have to go back and redo everything in other slides.
Is there a way to do this easily with master slide (if it can always stay on top) or is there a way to group object/triggers/layers as a set and copy it to multiple slides instead? What are other options?

If you use the buttons/trigger on a slide master, you should be able to access it on a regular slide, unless you have covered it with something else. In terms of the recorded screens, you could size them to be a bit smaller so that the button is still accessible. If you're doing a step by step recording it adds the screen shots as a part of the background, so to have it be smaller on the slide you'd need to record at a smaller screen size which you can adjust as described here.
The trigger panel does allow you to copy and duplicate a trigger, and that does help to easily make changes. Also, if you copy an object that already has triggers assigned to it, those will copy as well and appear when you paste the object in described here towards the end of the tutorial.
If the content on the lightbox is going to be the same throughout, have you thought about adding it as a player tab that lightboxes the content?
