Hi, is there a way to make the content library (photos, videos, icons) available to other teams who do not have a Articulate 360 licence? We work with a design department who suggests visuals so would be good for them to have access.
Also, the same question regarding the layouts - it would be good for our writing team to see these in some way.
Have you taken a look at the 360 Content Library page here? If you're not logged in (or I viewed in an incognito window) you'll be able to look through the different assets, characters, icons, etc.
You also mentioned layouts, but I wasn't sure if you meant templates or something else?
Hi Ashley, thanks for the reply. I just checked your link out, I can see the templates/layouts - which is great thanks.
But I can't see the choice of the photos, icons and videos - only a demo of them. Can anyone without a licence access these and see them (with a watermark?)
Ah, thanks Andy - I thought you just wanted to see the templates and characters available. The photos and videos include sooo many (more than 1.5+ million photographs, videos, and icons) so it's a bit too much to preview there. ;-)
I'd say right now the only way for those without a subscription to view the images would be to do a trial of Articulate 360.
