Marker images are wrong
I have a marker interaction with loaded images. When the user clicks the marker, it expands with text and an image. On some of them, the image is not what I uploaded, but if you click to zoom the image, the image is correct. I have included samples below. Image #1 is the result of clicking the marker. Image #2 is the result of zooming the image (this is correct image). I have also included the .story file. Thanks for the help.
Hi all!
We just released Storyline 360 (Build 3.94.33511.0), which includes a fix for a bug that was reported in this thread: markers that were duplicated and had zoom enabled didn't display correctly.
To take advantage of this fix and others, all you need to do is update Storyline 360 in your Articulate 360 desktop app!

I was really hoping there was a work around for this...anyone have any suggestions?
Hi Terry,
Thanks for reaching out and sharing what you are running into with your project.
We do have an issue we are looking into when duplicating markers:
- Did you duplicate the marker that is displaying the issue?
- Are you able to replicate the behavior if you create the marker from new without duplicating?
Do you know what version of Storyline you're using?
You can check by going to:
Help > About Articulate Storyline
We have this report for Updates 27 through 29, so I wanted to verify your version as well so that I can include it.- TerryArthur1Community Member
Hi Leslie my SL version is below.

I probably did duplicate the marker at the time, and I have not tried to duplicate it. My fix was to delete them and rebuild.
Thank you,
Terry Arthur
Thanks for sharing your workaround, Terry! One quick note - attachments don't come through when replying via email. Could you reply to the discussion here and add that screenshot of your build number back in?

Sorry for that Crystal. My build was 3.28.18944.0. I have since updated.
Thanks for verifying, Terry.

I'm having the same issue. I started another thread ("Markers showing incorrect image") and they pointed me in this direction. It sounds like there hasn't been a resolution to this yet?
Thanks for reaching out and letting us know about your other conversation as well, Bailey.
I just responded to you here and you are correct, no update yet, but it has been reported to our team.
I wanted to share some information on how we define bugs and how we tackle them when they occur.

Having the same issue. When zooming an image within a marker, an incorrect image shows. Reconstructing did not fix the issue for me. Has this been addressed?
Hello Hianna!
We haven't released the fix for this software bug yet but I am seeing we have a workaround listed which is to insert a new Marker every time it is expected to have a picture with a zoomed-in feature.
Please let me know if that workaround helps!
