I'd like to know how to match the audio volume of my mp3 audio files with the same volume level as the storyline text-to-speech? I assume I would set the volume to my mp3 using Adobe Audition or other application. My question is - what volume level do I set my file mp3 file so to match the text-to-speech volume please?

Optimize Audio Volume is a feature of Storyline 360 that you can select during Publish. It's designed to assist in balancing volume across your course:
Mark the Optimize Audio Volume box to normalize audio throughout your course for consistent volume across all slides.
It would handle all of the audio files within your course. You can check out the documentation here.
