I took a look at your quiz. It doesn't look like you have assigned the hotspots to do anything? I deleted the hotspots you created and then added some back in and they at least mouse hovered. I would take a look at how to use hotspots here to see if that helps.
I have also attached your .story file for your review. You will want to assign triggers to the hotspots to get them working.
Thanks for your reply. I actually didn't create this course myself- but i still should have realized there is in fact no need for the hotspots! I just need to make the 'drop' item box bigger.
